49ers reveals top reason star man is Poised to Light it up Against the Eagles

Deebo Samuel has been at the forefront of all the trash talk between the 49ers and Eagles.

Deebo Samuel has been at the forefront of all the trash talk between the 49ers and Eagles.

It all started during Super Bowl week when Samuel was a guest on various shows where he notably called Eagles’ cornerback James Bradberry “trash” and it has snowballed from there. Now that Eagles week is here, Samuel has remained silent from trash talking. I believe it is because he is beyond talking. Samuel wants to finally make amends for the 49ers’ NFC Championship loss.

He is going to be so locked in, probably more than anyone else, for this game. He gets a chance to let out all that pent up fuel that he has been building for most of this year. I fully expect him to be heavily featured as well. Kyle Shanahan will want to utilize the run and quick game as a staple early on to take the Eagles’ vaunted defensive line out of the game. Or at least, start to get them chasing so that they are tired out or slowed down when they have to rush the passer. Samuel, and Christian McCaffrey, will play a pivotal part in that.

Should Samuel not light it up against the Eagles, then he will not care so long as the 49ers win. But should the 49ers lose while he is a non-factor, then it will be a firing line of criticism coming his way from Philadelphia. I don’t see that happening. It feels prewritten already that Samuel will make it a nightmare for the Eagles. This is HIS time to shine and put all the words from the offseason onto the field.

I predict Samuel gets six catches for 110 yards, one touchdown, and 50 rushing yards for a score too.
