Eric Metcalf diagnoses the Cleveland Browns’ biggest offseason need….

On the latest episode of Bleavin’s Cleveland Browns podcast, The Dawg Check With Eric Metcalf and Max Loeb, the latter asked the three-time Pro Bowl and two-time All-Pro running back and wide receiver if he believes in the greatest addition to the club.

The Ots had another edge this offseason with superstar Myles Garrett. Perhaps unsurprisingly, Metcalf was all-in to shore up his old team’s defense behind Garrett.

“I think [I think Cleveland needs to prioritize adding another edge] because when it comes to Myles, he was the Defensive Player of the Year, but his bank [amount] was less than other guys who could have won that award.

victory. and that,” replied Metcalf. “So if you don’t have that other guy, it can be even bigger because then you can double him more, let running backs and tight ends penetrate him more.”

Now depending on how the offense plays the game. ” ” Do you double team or chip Myles Garrett or do it to the other side just based on how you want to play the game? comparable to Myles Garrett.”When starting quarterback DeShaun Watson was lost to a season-ending injury, the Browns’ season was dead. But after Cleveland added former Super Bowl MVP Joe Flacco from the scrap heap, the team finished a strong 11- 6 and earned a Wild Card spot. As far as the Browns went this year.

Maybe a little more defense will help, things will change for the better next season regardless of who is under center.
