As for the number 6 signing, Amakhossi announced the return of Njabulo Blom on a one-year loan from St. Louis City in the United States. “Kaizer Chiefs have been reunited with all-rounder Njabulo Blom, who has recently returned to the club after spending time with St. Louis City FC in the United States.
A talented and versatile footballer, Blom has signed a one-year loan deal with Amakhossi and will once again wear the famous gold and black jersey,” the Soweto giants said. “The 24-year-old began his professional career with Kaizer Chiefs’ youth development academy before being promoted and making his senior team debut in 2019.

After missing the game against Marumo Gallants as well as starting on the bench against Sundowns, coach Nasreddine Nabi has revealed that Blom is not fit. “Blom is a very good player but he’s not 100% ready. 25 minutes will probably be enough,” he was quoted as saying by SABC Sport, according to iDiski Times. “For me, it’s an excellent risk to start the game, so I started with another option, not brom,” Kaizer Chiefs’ mentor concluded.
