He doesn’t have a relegation clause in his contract, which has given Leeds extra negotiating power this summer.
Inter Milan are interested in signing him, although he is expected to stay in England after the transfer window closes.
According to the Italian website Calciomercato.it, Aston Villa are trying hard to bring Gnonto to the Midlands this summer.
Unai Emery is a fan of the winger and has been instrumental in Aston Villa’s interest in signing him.
Everton are also interested, but the Villans are not about to give up on the Italy international this summer.
Gnonto is having a long summer break after representing Italy Under-21s last month.
Leeds will have to make a choice soon as Premier League clubs circle the winger.
