The pair led the team to a Greater London Division One North title this season, which will see them in the Greater London Premier Division for the 2024/25 campaign.
Ryan-Maynard joined the club in July 2018 as Brentford Women B assistant coach and has led the side as head coach for the past two seasons.
He now has two promotions on his CV, after he and Tanner helped lead the team to a Greater London Division Two North league win and promotion in the 2020/21 season in their previous roles.
And, looking ahead, Ryan-Maynard is aiming to take a season off coaching after the Bees’ success this term.
“I’m looking to take a year out of coaching and really develop myself with courses and coaching opportunities in the WSL Academies,” he said.
“I am very thankful for my time at Brentford Women, it’s been a fantastic journey.
“I have made brilliant friendships and it’s been an honour to coach the players.”
Tanner is a lifelong Bees fan and former player with the club. She has coached at Brentford for five years; the past two of those as assistant coach to Ryan-Maynard.
She said she’ll enjoy some time away to reflect on her career to date, while a new full-time job will also take up plenty of her time next season.
“It’s been a long time, so just having a pause, I guess. I’m not going to put a time limit on it because, if the right thing comes up,
I’ll probably take it,” she stated.
“Just a pause and a breather and a big reflection on what I’ve done and what my next step may be.
“The memories I have created will stay with me forever, I will always be a Bee.
“I hold my head held high on what I and we have achieved over the years, as a player and a coach.”
Brentford Women general manager Amy Crook added: “We would like to thank Tommy and Charlotte for their hard work while a part of the Brentford family.
“Over the years, they have made a lot of sacrifices doing this job and I can only thank them for all their time and effort in doing this.
“I wish the pair of them all the very best for the future.”
