The Pittsburgh Steelers quarterback helped shape one of the biggest names in the NFL Draft.

The Steelers did a lot of homework on the cornerback class at the NFL Combine and took the time to get to know another potential draft pick from Penn State.
Last year, the team used its second-round pick, No. 32 overall, to select guard Joey Porter Jr.
This year, he started keeping an eye on some of his teammates by going on an unofficial date with Karlan King.
King hopes to make it to the NFL as the next best defensive back out of Penn State and will use the lessons learned from his former teammate and current Steelers star to maximize his time at the NFL combine.
It is used to a limited extent. “I talked to him a few times about this process before coming here,” King said of Porter Jr. . ” What to do, what not to do, things like that.
But this isn’t the first time Porter Jr. has helped King. The defensive backs spent two years together as members of the Nittany Lions, and Porter’s influence left a lasting impression on future NFL Draft prospects.

I was always there for him, always asking questions, always trying to take a little bit of what he used and implement it into my game. ”
Moking hopes to reach the NFL level, and he is expected to be selected on the second day of the NFL Draft. The Steelers could be a team to watch given their connections in the secondary.
