In an apparent mid-game tweet to a fan, Leeds United owner Andrea Radrizzani claimed the club’s relegation battle has left him ‘broken’ and that he is’responsible for this s***’.
Javi Gracia’s side were defeated 4-1 by Bournemouth on Sunday, putting them just one point above the Premier League relegation zone.
Leeds fan Conor McGilligan tweeted screenshots of what appeared to be a Twitter direct message discussion with Radrizzani after the crushing defeat at the Vitality Stadium.

On Sunday, Javi Gracia’s team were trounced 4-1 by Bournemouth, leaving them one point above the Premier League relegation zone.
Following the crushing defeat at the Vitality Stadium, Leeds fan Conor McGilligan tweeted screenshots of what appeared to be a Twitter direct message conversation with Radrizzani.

In response to those who accused him of fabricating the chat, McGilligan posted the private exchange a few minutes later, along with a screen recording of this and previous exchanges with the Leeds CEO.
Leeds have gone winless in their previous five games, losing four of them, and are in danger of being relegated to the Championship.
Gracia was employed by Radrizzani in February after Jesse Marsch was fired, and while the Spaniard has overseen victories over Southampton, Wolves, and Nottingham Forest, there have also been humiliating defeats to Crystal Palace, Liverpool, and now Bournemouth.
They were thrashed on the south coast, with Jefferson Lerma scoring twice in four minutes midway through the first half.
Patrick Bamford responded, but goals from Dominic Solanke and Antoine Semenyo put them out on another sour afternoon.
Following the game, Gracia was confronted by angry fans, with at least three supporters restrained by stewards as they goaded him.
Furious fans screamed ‘you’re not fit to wear the shirt’ at the end of the game, targeting Leeds players.

Gracia was accosted by irate fans after the game, with at least three supporters restrained by stewards as they goaded him.
At the end of the game, enraged fans yelled at Leeds players, ‘you’re not fit to wear the shirt’.
In a statement released on Sunday evening, the club’s supporters advisory board called for Gracia to be replaced, along with those responsible for hiring managers and buying players over the last 14 months.
‘After the result and performance of the team today, the Leeds United Supporters Advisory Board (SAB) would like to place on record its lack of faith in the current management team at the club,’ the statement read.
The SAB have been supportive of many decisions this year and will always work with the club to improve the way the club connects with its supporters and communities, so it is only right that we also address the current performances and the situation we are now faced with.
‘Leeds United fans have, and will always, support our club through its ups and downs, but with four games left this situation is no longer sustainable.
‘Last season’s tight escape from relegation should have been the trigger for a season of improvement, but this season has suddenly turned into a humiliating failure.
‘The appointment of Jesse Marsch, a style of play so dissimilar to that of Marcelo Bielsa, the sacking of Marsch after the transfer window had closed, the hiring of a fifth-choice manager, the purchase of a £35m striker who has played hardly any minutes in a relegation dogfight, the costly and embarrassing mistakes made in the Jean-Kevin Augustin case… there have been far too many questionable decisions, and people must be held accountable.
‘The players must also accept responsibility for their poor performances and lack of professional dignity since the half-time break against Crystal Palace.
‘We supporters can only dream of pulling on the renowned white jersey, but it appears that members of the squad lack the fight for this struggle.
‘As a result, we are requesting that the first-team coach and those in charge of recruiting the managers and players who have been brought in over the last 14 months make immediate changes.
‘The Supporters Advisory Board is scheduled to meet with the club this week, and we hope that they will be able to respond to this statement before the meeting.’
