According to a report, AC Milan’s management is interested in Udinese midfielder Lazar Samardzic, but they will face competition to sign him.
According to Calciomercato.com, Samardzic’s future is still up in the air following an impressive second season with Udinese, which has piqued the interest of clubs both in Italy and throughout Europe.
In Serie A, Milan is interested in signing the German U21 international, just as they were when he was at Hertha BSC before joining RB Leipzig, while Napoli is also interested in signing Samardzic as they prepare to replace Piotr Zielinski.
However, the report mentions that the Rossoneri management plan to continue monitoring him but that he is not an objective for the upcoming summer, suggesting he is a player for the future rather than the immediate, however, they will get a closer look at him on Saturday and might change their mind.
