Atlanta Falcons star keeps March Madness bracket perfect after foreseeing Duquesne and Oakland upsets in 2024 NCAA Tournament

While many college basketball fans around the country saw their brackets busted on Thursday, Atlanta Falcons star Bijan Robinson enters Friday with a bracket that’s still perfect.

The NCAA Tournament has maintained its March Madness moniker due to always being reliable to deliver surprise upsets in the opening rounds of the tourney. Thursday night was no different as Duquesne upset BYU, and then Oakland University shocked Kentucky. Handing the Wildcats their second-straight first-round defeat.

The surprise upsets sent many fans to social media to bemoan their 2024 brackets going up in flames on the first day of the tournament. Heading into the Friday games, only 2,100 of the 33 million March Madness brackets filled out reportedly remain perfect.

One person among the 2,100 is Atlanta Falcons running back Bijan Robinson. On Friday morning, the NCAA March Madness X account posted the young stars bracket and how he surprisingly picked wins for the Duquesne Dukes and Oakland Grizzlies.

While it is likely that Robinson will eventually see his predictions fall apart like they usually do for most fans if he does stay perfect through the tournament, he expects to see a Final Four that will see the Connecticut Huskies face the Baylor Bears on one side of the bracket, and then an all Texas matchup between the Houston Cougars and Texas Longhorns on the other side.

The Longhorns pick is an inspired choice since they are the No. 7 seed in the Midwest region, but the Atlanta Falcons star is partial to the school since he was a football star for the university before being taken in last year’s NFL Draft. He is, of course, picking Texas to win it all.
