Everton released strong starting XI vs West Ham as £12m man handed huge chance

Everton will look to return to their recent winning ways against West Ham this weekend.

The Toffees have looked particularly impressive weeks, despite their 2-0 defeat to Liverpool last time out.

Sean Dyche had guided his team to three wins from four games in all competitions, before his defence put on a really solid display at Anfield.

While they had had a huge task on their hands against the Reds – especially with ten men – they will be a lot more confident about picking up the three points against the Hammers.

West Ham have lost two of their last three games, while the likes of James Ward-Prowse and Mohammed Kudus lined up against Olympiacos only three days before the trip to Goodison Park.

Everton have their own problems to solve following Ashley Young’s red card, while it will be interesting to see whether the Toffees boss sticks with the team that suffered defeat to Liverpool.

Here is our predicted XI…

Jordan Pickford has been Everton’s reliable goalkeeper for years now and there is no reason why he won’t retain his spot in the starting line-up.

Jarrad Branthwaite and James Tarkowski will continue their solid partnership in the heart of defence, with Michael Keane looking extremely far away from a second chance in the team after his difficult start to the campaign.
