medical to follow as Luton Town finally reach full agreement to sign €3m star

We won’t lie: we haven’t come across many Luton Town transfer reports from outside the country since the club was promoted to the Premier League, with the club focussing primarily on players already in the country.

While this isn’t a transfer from a foreign team, a foreign player is involved, which is why Belgian journalist Sacha Tavolieri is covering it.

Taking to Twitter, he discloses that Luton Town and Blackburn Rovers goalkeeper Thomas Kaminski have ‘reached an agreement’ over his personal terms.

This comes after the newly promoted side did the same with the Ewood Park residents for a transfer fee of €3m for the Belgian.

As things now stand, the ‘final details to be checked’ will be followed by the medicals.

Following that, we would anticipate the 30-year-old to sign his new Luton Town deal in order to help Rob Edwards and the rest of the team avoid relegation to the Championship.

Kaminski joined Blackburn in 2020 and has since made 118 appearances, surrendering 138 goals and maintaining 33 clear sheets.
