Everton have agreed a deal to sign Iliman Ndiaye from Olympique Marseille, according to Fabrizio Romano.
The Italian journalist reported via X on Tuesday (25 June) that a deal is in place between the two clubs worth £15.6million and £1.2million in add-ons.
Contracts are now set to be signed after Olympique Marseille accepted the Toffees’ terms.
Ndiaye has agreed on a five-year deal at Goodison Park, with the player only keen on a move to Everton despite interest from other Premier League clubs.

What a turnaround it has been for the Toffees in recent weeks at Goodison Park.
At the beginning of June, the club were no closer to a takeover solution and looked as if they would need to spend the month selling players to balance the books.
However, they now look set to be taken over by the Friedkin Group and have confirmed the signing of Tim Iroegbunam from Aston Villa while now agreeing a deal to sign Ndiaye.
As a result, things are beginning to look up for Everton.
If they can keep hold of a few important players then they might be well-equipped to fight higher up the Premier League table next season.
What supporters will be most delighted about when it comes to the arrival of Ndiaye is that the player was keen to join the Toffees.
Other Premier League clubs showed an interest in the 24-year-old, but he was only keen on Everton, which is always a good sign.
