Former colleague and good friend of Schumacher, Johnny Herbert, spoke about Michael’s alleged public appearance at the wedding of his daughter, Gina-Maria Schumacher . The event held in Mallorca would have had the physical presence of Schumacher, wrote the British press. Herbert strongly contradicts the information circulated in the tabloids and says that the scenario is completely false.
“It’s a closed shop… The latest rumor is that Michael was at his daughter’s wedding. As far as I know, we’re dealing with fake news, there’s nothing true about this information ,” Herbert told Flashscore, quoted by the Mirror .

Former FIA president Jean Todt said last year that he “doesn’t miss” Michael, but that his good friend “is no longer the Michael I knew. He’s different. His wife and children protect him.”
“His life is different now and I have the privilege of spending time with him again. That’s all there is to say. Unfortunately, fate struck him a few years ago. He is no longer the Michael I knew from Formula 1 ,” Todt said.
Schumacher’s wife, Corinna, and the couple’s two children have not made any public comments about the condition of the former great driver, a 7-time F1 world champion. Schumi has won 91 Grands Prix in his career and drove for 4 teams during a fantastic career in which he has passed through Jordan, Benetton, Ferrari and Mercedes. Schumacher’s last world title was won in 2004 and was the 5th consecutive for the German, who had previously won in 1994 and 1995.
