Kalvin Phillips was slammed by Gary Breen after his misplaced pass led to Michail Antonio scoring for West Ham United against Ipswich Town.
The Hammers faced the newly-promoted side at the London Stadium on Saturday (5 October) and secured all three points in a 4-1 win.
Julen Lopetegui had the perfect start as Michail Antonio netted the opener with less than a minute on the clock in East London.
The Irons had former loanee Phillips to thank for regaining possession before scoring in a moment Breen described simply as “dreadful” live on Premier Sports (5 October).

It was the dream start for the Spanish head coach, who has come under fire in recent weeks for a string of poor results.
Despite some fans calling for Danny Ings to start, the manager’s faith in Antonio paid off as the Jamaica international won possession before scoring the opener.
This lead didn’t last long before Rory Delap easily got the better of Lucas Paqueta and smashed an effort beyond Alphonse Areola.
It proved to be much of the same from the Irons under Lopetegui who have blown hot and cold in his time with the club so far.
The frustration among supporters is there as they just want some consistency from their side, which doesn’t appear to be forthcoming.
In the end a Mohammed Kudus header combined with strikes from Bowen and Lucas Paqueta were enough to secure a 4-1 win.
This was just what the doctor ordered for Lopetegui and it may prove to be a base for him to build from after the international break.
