Kaizer Chiefs coach Nasreddine Nabi believes his team can exploit the weakness of AmaZulu on Wednesday.
The two teams face each other at the Moses Mabhida stadium in Durban this evening. After a gap of 10 days since his first match at the helm of Kaizer Chiefs, coach Nasreddine Nabi is looking to win his second Betway Premiership match.
The Tunisian tactician impressed in his first match as his sidecome-from-behind win to beat Marumo Gallants on the 2024/25 season’s opening day.
“Our preparation has been good,” Nabi told the Amakhosi media team.
“We have watched the previous game of our opponents, AmaZulu, and analysed the strengths of the team and some areas where we believe they have weaknesses that we can exploit.”

While Amakhosi have had quite a lengthy wait for their second league match, the coaching staff have planned their schedule meticulously to ensure the players are sharp and focused on match day. Nabi said the his fitness coaches were working hard to ensure Kaizer Chiefs players are ready for AmaZuly
“The turnaround times between matches can present challenges. If you have more than one week’s rest between games you can lose something but our fitness coaches have been working hard to get the players in the best possible shape to perform at a high level,” he said.
A win against AmaZulu will see Chiefs in the top three which will please Nabi and his technical team. Most importantly, the club will be alongside rivals Mamelodi Sundowns and Orlando Pirates.
