Leeds United are allegedly in advanced talks to recruit goalkeeper Karl Darlow from Newcastle United.

The 32-year-old was widely associated with AFC Bournemouth, but according to journalist Fabrizio Romano, the Cherries have an agreement with Inter to sign Ionuţ Radu.

This looks to have opened the door for Leeds to pounce, with Graham Smyth of the Yorkshire Evening Post reporting that talks for a permanent contract are well underway.
