Leicester City met with the representatives of Pierre Dwomoh on Monday to discuss personal terms of a potential deal, as per reporter Sacha Tavolieri.
Leicester City will be prioritising their hunt for a new manager with Enzo Maresca on the brink of a move to Chelsea but the Foxes will be keen to ensure damage to preparations for next season is limited.
As such, work will still be going into potential incomings in a busy time at the King Power Stadium.
Potential additions have been linked with the Foxes since confirmation of their promotion and one man said to be on the radar is promising midfielder Pierre Dwomoh.
Now, a fresh update has emerged on the rumours.
As per reporter Sacha Tavolieri, Leicester City held talks with the Belgian starlet’s representatives on Monday to begin negotiations over personal terms. Luton Town are also admirers of the Royal Antwerp man, with a price tag of €3m set.

Dwomoh, 19, will be back in Antwerp this summer after a season-long loan stint with fellow Jupiler Pro League side RWD Molenbeek.
Smart business
Leicester City are in a tough position financially, as has been well documented. They’re poised for a points deduction and if they are unable to raise funds early in the window, further punishment may await.
It means business will more than likely be pretty limited this summer. However, where possible, the Foxes will be determined to bring fresh faces in.
In a bid to do so, signing youngsters with high ceilings on shrewd deals will be smart. They can be brought in on cheaper deals that established stars and when developed, they can be sold on for healthy profits, and Dwomoh certainly fits that.
The Gent-born midfielder is widely tipped for a bright future having broken through at a young age.
Having sampled a full season of top-flight action in Belgium, his stock has risen once again and could be in line for another step up. Leicester City can offer just that.
A tricky summer
The Championship winners were in for a challenging summer even before Maresca’s nearing move to Chelsea. His impending departure adds yet another dilemma for the club to resolve.
Nevertheless, those behind the scenes will be working tirelessly to do so. A sudden change in manager can certainly be disrupting but with talks ongoing over a potential deal for Dwomoh, Leicester City fans should be encouraged that work is still going into possible signings.
The new boss will want backing, whoever that may be and whenever that may be.
However, they’ll have to operate with tight pursestrings despite the need and desire to bolster the ranks.
