Leicester City, Southampton, and Everton have all been linked with the 23-year-old. According to Football League World, the competition for his services is primarily between Leeds and Southampton.
Piroe’s reported interest is unsurprising given that he has been one of the EFL’s most impressive forwards over the last two seasons. Piroe has been in devastatingly prolific form for Swansea, despite the fact that they have not gone near to leaving the Premier League.
He joined Swansea from PSV Eindhoven in 2021 and immediately adjusted to life in Wales, scoring 44 goals in 92 games in his first two seasons with the club.
Leeds are short on forwards, with Rodrigo and Tyler Roberts among those who have left Elland Road this summer. In the current window, they have only added one senior player, the versatile Ethan Ampadu from Chelsea.
