Leicester City are willing to pay €30 million plus Dennis Praet in an attempt to sign Torino defender Per Schuurs this summer.
According to Inter Live, the Foxes are very interested in the centre-back and are willing to give Praet back to his former loan club to get him.
They cover Schuurs today due to Inter Milan’s interest in him as a replacement for Milan Skriniar, who is set to join PSG in the summer.
Stefan de Vrij‘s contract is also coming to an end, so the club will need to sign at least one new centre-back in the summer.
Torino’s Schuurs is one of the names on their list, and they’ve been considering a move for him for some time, but there’s concern that they’re ‘already too late’ in the race.
That’s because the Premier League, specifically Leicester, is ‘in the background’ for the player and ready to make a move to sign him.
The Dutchman is’very well liked’ in England, particularly at the King Power Stadium, where Leicester are said to be’ready to bite’ and put him ahead of the competition.
They are ‘already ready’ to offer €30 million plus for defender Dennis Praet, knowing Torino manager Ivan Juric has a ‘footballing weakness’ for the midfielder after having him on loan in Italy last season.
They want to take advantage of this and use him in a potential deal for Schuurs by offering the ‘beauty’ of a €30 million bid plus the player, neither of which Inter can compete with at the moment.
