Tottenham Hotspur set to sign EPL midfield goal machine as player urged to complete deal

Leicester City’s James Maddison told to complete ‘perfect’ Tottenham Hotspur transfer

According to LeicestershireLive, James Maddison, a midfielder for Leicester City, has been linked to Tottenham Hotspur, Manchester City, and Newcastle United.

The Englishman has the talent to be a key player for one of the “big six” clubs, a status Leicester has failed to achieve. After 24 games, they are now ranked 14th in the league standings.

When they won the title in the 2015–16 season under manager Claudio Ranieri, they became the only team in the Premier League era to qualify for the UEFA Champions League.

Agbonlahor has made an excellent suggestion. Because of the creativity that the Englishman will bring, a midfield three of Pierre-Emile Hojbjerg, Rodrigo Bentancur, and Maddison immediately sounds exciting.

It remains to be seen whether any of the potential suitors would be financially able to sign Leicester. His contract will expire in the summer of 2024. (Transfermarkt). It doesn’t hurt to have competition, and Maddison is a homegrown player, which is a plus for any English team.

These are figures that will irritate Maddison. Spurs are on track to finish in the top four once again under manager Antonio Conte, and they have a team full of world-class superstars with whom Maddison can rub shoulders.

A smart suggestion for Spurs

Harry Kane and Eric Dier would be the former Norwich City man’s international teammates as well. Former Aston Villa striker Gabriel Agbonlahor believes Spurs would be the ideal club for the 26-year-old playmaker.

This season, he has nine goals and five assists in 19 games across all competitions. It would be a fantastic scenario if we could get a midfielder to put up those numbers for us soon.
