Fabrizio Romano release top Man Utd transfer update about £80m stars to join Old Trafford

Manchester United is “not negotiating” for Mohammed Kudus or Axel Disasi in the January transfer window, according to transfer analyst Fabrizio Romano.

The Red Devils have been connected with both players, but Romano believes neither will be available in January.

Erik ten Hag is having a good season at Manchester United. With United in contention for the top four with a favorable League Cup semi-final against Nottingham Forest on the horizon, the Dutch manager has altered the club’s fortunes in a relatively short period of time.

After suffering back-to-back defeats at the start of the season, United is now seen as having an outside chance of winning the Premier League for the first time in a decade. While it may be a step too far for ten Hag this season, there is a widespread belief at Old Trafford that United is on the rise and will compete for the title in the future years.

Romano said about Kudus and Disasi to Manchester United

Despite speculations to the contrary, transfer specialist Romano disclosed that United is not in negotiations for either Kudus or Disasi in January.

In an interview with GMS, Romano stated, “From what I’ve heard, they’re not negotiating for Mohammed Kudus or Axel Disasi at the moment.”

Kudus, an active attacker, already has the makings of a United player and considering his experience under former manager ten Hag, it’s impossible to see the Ghanaian international failing to succeed. Kudus, who averages nearly a goal every other game for Ajax, would undoubtedly shine for United at Old Trafford.

While Disasi has not previously had the benefit of ten Hag’s coaching, the Paris-born defender has already proven his worth in 107 professional matches for Monaco. Disasi is a versatile customer who can play at both center-back and right-back. He is also an excellent passer of the ball. According to Fbref, Disasi averages little under four progressive passes per 90 minutes.
