Nottinghamshire’s most recent Nottingham Forest newsGarth Crooks hails Morgan Gibbs-White live.
Garth Crooks, a BBC pundit, has lauded Nottingham Forest midfielder Morgan Gibbs-White’s influence.
Since joining the City Ground from Wolves last summer, the 23-year-old has made an impression. During his first season with the Reds, he scored five goals and assisted on seven others.
His exploits in a Forest shirt have been crucial to the club’s successful survival bid, with Steve Cooper’s team clinching Premier League status for another season with a game to spare.
Crooks has hailed the Reds’ “extraordinary resilience,” while also underlining Gibbs-White’s influence.
“Forest have shown extraordinary resilience, especially in the latter part of the season, and none more so than Morgan Gibbs-White,” he told BBC Sport.
“His enthusiasm for the game and sheer will to win has spread throughout the team like wildfire.”
Forest finish the season against Crystal Palace on Sunday, looking for only their second away win in the league this season.
