Nottingham Forest loanee Josh Bowler caught the eye on Saturday, despite Cardiff City losing to Norwich. The EFL outfit threw away a lead to hand victory to the Canaries during a pulsating encounter.
Bowler moved to Wales in the summer in search of first-team football having never made an appearance for Forest. He chose Cardiff amid interest from a host of clubs in the EFL
Forest youngster Bowler is now proving a hit with the locals at Cardiff. He’s really starting to shine as a regular starter after picking up a minor injury shortly after the season had begun.

The talented Forest winger is tricky when he gets going and Bowler tormented the Norwich defenders at the weekend. The 24-year-old scored Cardiff’s first goal during this five-goal thriller and he won praise from the national media.
Wales Online said of his performance: “Star man. Was the standout. Looked so dangerous running at Przemyslaw Placheta and caused him all sorts of trouble. Let off a number of dangerous shots and drilled home his first-half chance.”
