Nottingham Forest defender Renan Lodi is reportedly attracting interest from European parties.
According to Fichajes, the 24-year-old, who is on loan from Atletico Madrid to the Tricky Trees, is now wanted by Juventus.
According to reports, the Old Lady are looking for a replacement for Alex Sandro, whose contract expires this summer, and see Lodi as an option.
It’s just interesting that Fichajes doesn’t even consider Lodi returning to Nottingham Forest at the end of his loan spell.
Even though the Reds reportedly have a €30 million buyout option on the player, it is not mentioned.
The outlet simply states that Lodi has been unable to persuade Atletico Madrid manager Diego Simeone, and that the club would be willing to negotiate with Juventus this summer.
It was recently reported that Nottingham Forest have no intention of exercising the Brazilian’s buy option, but Steve Cooper and Evangelos Marinakis could still try to negotiate a permanent move for him once the window opens.
After all, he’s been useful for the Reds this season, making 24 appearances.
