A trio of Premier League clubs are allegedly in talks to sign Leeds United midfielder Gustavo Hamer.
The Whites are apparently interested in the feisty Coventry City midfielder, although TEAMtalk claims Nottingham Forest, Burnley, and Fulham are also interested.
According to the article, a trade for Hamer may be worth roughly £16 million to Coventry, who recruited him from PEC Zwolle in 2020. He has now appeared in 130 games for the Sky Blues, including the Championship play-off final last season.
He has one year left on his deal, therefore Coventry may be inclined to pay a fee for him this summer rather than risk losing him on a free transfer when his contract expires.
According to sources, Nottingham Forest striker Sam Surridge has agreed to a £5 million transfer to MLS club Nashville SC.
Despite receiving interest from multiple Championship clubs since the transfer market opened, 24-year-old Surridge appears to have chosen to go to the United States, an unusual move for a player in his prime.
