SA FAVOURITES TO FINISH THE YEAR AT NUMBER ONE

Rassie Erasmus has had a huge year with the Springboks. Upon returning to the coaching box, the Boks have won everything in site.

They secured the Nelson Mandela plate and regained the Freedom Cup, ending a long 15-year wait on route to securing the 2024 Rugby Championship. Prior to this, the Springboks secured convincing victories over Wales and Portugal. They drew an intense test series 1-1 with Ireland.

Now, they have just secured their second succussive win on tour. Meanwhile, the Boks are strongly favored to finish their tour with a win over Wales. Therefore, they will likely finish the 2024 international rugby season as the number one ranked side in world rugby. Rightfully so.
