Former Kaizer Chiefs man to meet Pitso in Iran

Former Kaizer Chiefs forward, Bonfils Caleb Bimenyimana, has joined Iranian top-flight side Zob Ahan.

Following a short-lived contract with Libya’s Al Ahli Benghazi, the towering Burundian striker is set to revive his career in the Kaizer Chiefs .

After joining Kaizer Chiefs at the beginning of the 2022/23 campaign, Bimenyimana was shown the exit door after just one season at Naturena.

He scored eight goals in just 21 appearances for the Glamour Boys, and will now look to get his career back on track.

Bonfils Caleb Bimenyimana has been unveiled as FC Zob Ahan’s latest new signing in Iran.

Zob Ahan sit in 10th position on the log standings, two points above Pitso Mosimane’s Esteghlal FC.
