Barcelona give Tottenham green light after eight-years as £90m player set to land White Hart Lane

Tottenham will be looking for an attacker this summer who can improve on their present alternatives.

With Barcelona granting the ‘green light’ for Ansu Fati to leave, Tottenham may finally be able to address their attacking issues this summer. Spurs have a poor track record in the transfer market in recent years when it comes to finding new offensive options.

Both Vincent Janssen and Fernando Llorente failed to add anything to Tottenham’s offense, and Richarlison’s debut season in north London has yet to be decided. Tottenham have not been able to make a significant difference in their front line since signing Son Heung-min.
