Bayern Munich CEO jet in to hold final Harry Kane talks as Daniel Levy hint about secrete plan

According to The Athletic’s David Ornstein, Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen met with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy on Thursday morning in London.

The discussion was about selling Harry Kane, but he claims no new offers have been made, and Levy has not given him a price.

It’s worth mentioning that, according to Ornstein, the two clubs are still on good terms, despite earlier rumors that Levy was upset at the German club for snatching the player.

He tweeted:

“Bayern Munich CEO Jan-Christian Dreesen had breakfast with Tottenham chairman Daniel Levy in London to discuss Harry Kane.” There was no new offer, and no price was mentioned. Clubs on friendly terms. Kane will leave for preseason with Tottenham tomorrow.”

So far, Bayern has had two bids for the England striker rejected, the most recent of which was around £70 million plus add-ons. They are anticipated to return with a better third bid.

PSG has also taken seriously the fact that, according to a rumor published yesterday by the French publication RMC Sport, they can easily outbid Bayern and are willing to offer Spurs €100 million.

According to the article, they will do “everything possible” to sign him.

However, the player’s willingness to join the Bundesliga giants after being purportedly persuaded by the club and Thomas Tuchel himself works in Bayern’s favor.

As of now, Bayern Munich appears to be Kane’s most likely destination if he goes, and today’s discussion between the two club executives might be interpreted as an indication that a deal is imminent.
