Pundit at Sky Sports send strong advice to Harry Kane to join Manchester Utd

Jamie Redknapp has advised Harry Kane to “push” for a move to Manchester United while blasting Tottenham as a “shambles”.

This season has been a disaster for the north London team, with Europa Conference League football the best they can hope for at the conclusion of the season.Antonio Conte, Cristian Stellini, and Ryan Mason have all been in command at some point, but none of them have been successful.

Despite Spurs’ problems this season, Kane has had another eye-catching season from a personal standpoint. The England captain became the club’s all-time leading scorer, with 30 goals in all competitions.

Kane would have been celebrating yet another Premier League golden boot if it hadn’t been for Man City starlet Erling Haaland. His physique continues to draw admiring looks.

Man United have been firmly linked, with Erik ten Hag anxious to bolster his squad this summer. Redknapp has now pushed the striker to request a transfer as soon as possible.

“It’s the facts, it feels Spurs are a shambles, if you’re Harry Kane with one year to go, this is the time to leave, he has to push now,” the former Spurs midfielder told Sky Sports.

“(Manchester) United might get someone, he missed Man City a few years ago, he needs to push with one year on contract to go somewhere right now.”

“Tottenham are like a social experiment of how far you can push your fans before they completely lose it,” he continued. They must act; no one wants to lose Harry Kane; he has been terrific, but he deserves better.”

Kane could make his final outing for Tottenham this weekend. On the final day of the season, they face Leeds at Elland Road.

Kane has remained tight-lipped regarding his future ahead of that match, preferring to end the current season on a high note. “I’ve said all along that I’m focused on this season and trying to help the team as much as I can,” he added. That’s all I can provide.

“We have a busy summer ahead of us, and a lot needs to change for us to be successful again.”

“Ultimately, my focus now is to enjoy this last week as much as possible and to try to finish with a win [at Leeds United] on Sunday.”

Aside from United, a number of other teams have been linked with a summer transfer for Kane. Bayern Munich, a German powerhouse, is said to be interested in bolstering their offense.

Meanwhile, Real Madrid has been linked in recent days, with rumors in Spain indicating that a swap deal involving Eden Hazard could be in the works.
