Rio Ferdinand has spoken out about Roberto De Zerbi, who has been linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur.
De Zerbi has been connected with the permanent position of Tottenham manager at the end of the season.
The Italian has taken over as manager of Brighton and Hove Albion.
The 43-year-old took over as Brighton manager earlier this season after Graham Potter moved for Chelsea.
Potter is no longer Chelsea’s manager.
De Zerbi has elevated Brighton to a new level, and the Seagulls are highly likely to compete in a European competition next season.
Brighton are currently seventh in the Premier League.
