Romano drop mind blowing updates as Tottenham set to sign new manager in few time

Tottenham Hotspur are looking for a new manager, and every Head Coach who is leaving their current position is always linked to Spurs.

All of the free agents and soon-to-be free agents, from Julian Nagelsmann to Luciano Spalletti, have been connected with Spurs, and another big name manager quit his role this week.

Indeed, Ruud van Nistelrooy is no longer the manager of PSV, and speculation about the 46-year-old joining Tottenham has begun.

However, according to Fabrizio Romano of the House of Champions Podcast, Van Nistelrooy isn’t a good fit for Tottenham at the moment.

Romano revealed his knowledge of the Dutch manager.

“To be honest, I’ve never heard his name on Tottenham’s list, so I’m not sure they’ll go for Ruud van Nistelrooy,” Romano said. “At Tottenham right now, it’s busy after the Arne Slot story, they need to find a new manager, they’ll take a few days to explore a few other options.”

Van Nistelrooy is not currently on Tottenham’s shortlist, but the reality is that the club could do a lot worse than hire the 46-year-old.

He’s well-liked in English football, he’s done well with PSV, winning two cups this season, and he has a terrific style of play.

Unfortunately, Van Nistelrooy lacks experience, which works against him, thus a huge move to a team like Tottenham is unlikely.

Regardless, Van Nistelrooy is a manager to watch in the coming years, as the 46-year-old appears to have a promising future ahead of him.
