Tottenham keen to sign premier league star winger who is set to leave the club

Tottenham are reportedly interested in signing Hakim Ziyech from Chelsea, who is expected to leave the club during the upcoming transfer window. Since joining Stamford Bridge from Ajax in 2020, the Moroccan international has struggled to make an impact.

According to a report from Jeunes Footeux, Ziyech has attracted interest from a number of Premier League clubs, including Tottenham Hotspur, West Ham United, and Fulham, as well as La Liga clubs.

According to the report, he is still in contact with PSG, who were close to signing him after his impressive World Cup campaign, but the deal fell through due to Chelsea sending incorrect documentation, resulting in the required signatures not being present in time before the deadline.

With Ziyech ‘determined’ to leave Chelsea this summer, the club will seek a sale rather than risk losing him for free when his contract expires in 2025.

Tottenham, who are currently in the process of changing managers, could provide a fresh start for the winger, who has struggled for playing time at Chelsea.

Ziyech’s future at Tottenham will be determined by the club’s new manager and his plans for the upcoming season. Following Conte’s dismissal, Cristian Stellini has taken over as interim manager until the end of the season.

Meanwhile, the club will continue their search for a replacement for the Italian, with Mauricio Pochettino, Luis Enrique, and Julian Nagelsmann all being linked with the position.

However, now that Fabio Paratici, who was in charge of the search for Conte’s replacement, has stepped down due to FIFA’s decision to extend his ban globally, it remains to be seen what impact this has on the managerial candidates.
