Tottenham signed Senegalese midfielder Pape Matar Sarr in 2021, but he was loaned back to Metz for regular game time.
The 20-year-old had little chances to show off his talents in the Premier League last season, but it appears that newly appointed Tottenham boss Ange Postecoglou regards the kid highly and is willing to give him more opportunity.
Sarr impressed with his performance against Manchester United in the last outing and he managed to get on the score sheet as well. The 20-year-old is clearly highly rated at the club and he has a big future ahead of him.
The midfielder was a key part of the squad that won the Africa Cup of Nations back in 2021 and he was chosen as the CAF youth player of the year in 2022 as well.
The Spurs midfielder is clearly a prodigious talent with a big future and he has all the attributes to develop into a top-class player.

Fabrizio Romano has now revealed that ‘Tottenham received more than four approaches’ for the talented young midfielder but Postecoglou wants to hold on to him this summer.
Spurs are already lacking in midfield depth and letting the 20-year-old leave would have been a poor decision.
The talented young midfielder will look to establish himself as a key player for the North London club this season, and if he continues to perform the way he did against Manchester United, he will be a star for the Premier League club in no time.
