The 29-year-old will enter the final year of his contract in the summer, and Tottenham has yet to sign him to a new contract.
According to Calciomercatoweb, Tottenham has already identified a possible replacement for the England international if he decides to leave in the summer. Tottenham could reportedly sell the player for around €100-115 million and will look to make a move for Atalanta forward Rasmus Hojlund, who has been dubbed the “new Haaland” and has “amazed everyone.”
The 20-year-old is a tremendous talent who has already made an impact in the Italian league. Hojlund has 14 goals for Atalanta and Sturm Graz this season in all competitions.
The Danish prospect has the potential to become a world-class player, and he could be the ideal long-term replacement for Harry Kane. The player is also reportedly on the radar of Italian club Juventus, who are looking for a replacement for Dusan Vlahovic.
If Spurs sell Kane, they will have enough money to entice the Atalanta striker to move to north London.
Tottenham will ideally want to keep their star striker. Kaine is one of the best players in the world, and his contribution to Tottenham’s chances of winning major trophies could be critical.
