Tottenham in serious negotiation with Juventus signing £56m star forward this summer

Tottenham Hotspur are reportedly one of the clubs in line for Dusan Vlahovic, with the North London club willing to pay €65 million (£55.6 million) to take the striker off Juventus’ hands.

The rumours linking Harry Kane to a move to Bayern Munich continues, with the German club apparently submitting an offer of €80 million (£68.4 million) plus add-ons for the England captain in recent days, which is expected to be rejected by Spurs (CaughtOffside).

If Kane does depart N17, Vlahovic might be the player that Tottenham turn their attention to, with CalcioMercato claiming a couple of weeks ago that the Serbian is on the Lilywhites’ wishlist.

The 23-year-old has not hit the expected heights since his £66.6m switch from Fiorentina 18 months ago, with the striker scoring 14 times across all competitions in his first full season at the Allianz Stadium.

Spurs are willing to pay a lot of money for Vlahovic.

According to SportMediaset’s newest report, Spurs, Chelsea, and Manchester United are all interested in signing Vlahovic.

According to the source, these three clubs are “at the window” for the centre-forward, “with an important offer of not less than €65 million (£55.6 million).”

According to the publication, Juve are eager to sell Vlahovic and have identified Lille’s Jonathan David as a possible replacement for the former Viola striker if he leaves Turin this summer.

Despite his problems at Juventus, I am confident that Vlahovic will succeed in a different setting since he possesses all of the qualities that modern-day centre-forwards require.

If Kane leaves the Spurs, I feel the Serb would be a wise replacement. However, the England captain appears to be staying put for the time being.
