As Nottingham Forest’s winless streak continues, Andre Ayew promises to ‘keep going.’
Following Tuesday night’s defeat to Leeds United, Ghana international Andre Ayew says the players will continue to fight for Nottingham Forest’s survival.
The 33-year-old made his injury comeback in the game as Forest lost 1-2 away to Leeds in the Premier League.
Ayew came on in place of Emmanuel Dennis and played 19 minutes, his first since suffering a knee injury during the March international break.
Despite having the same points as Bournemouth, Steve Cooper’s side is now in 17th place, just one place above relegation.
Despite an eight-game winless streak, Ayew has promised that the club will return to winning ways in the final lap of the season.
Ayew has made eight appearances for the club since joining earlier this year.
