Liverpool will face Crystal Palace at Selhurst Park on Saturday night, hoping to get back on track. The Reds are coming off a humiliating 5-2 defeat at the hands of Real Madrid in the first leg of the Champions League round of 16, so they will be eager to bounce back and win this Premier League match.
Jurgen Klopp is expected to use a 4-3-3 formation and make a few changes to his starting lineup for this away game. Joe Gomez was injured in the last game, so Joel Matip will likely replace him in the defensive third, with Harvey Elliot pushing for a starting spot.
Alisson Becker will start in goal for the Reds after conceding five goals in his previous outing. Virgil Van Dijk will form the traditional center-half partnership with Joel Matip at the heart of Liverpool’s defense, with the goal of preventing the opposition from scoring throughout the game.

Cody Gakpo will play as the left-sided wide player, while Mohamed Salah will operate from the right flank. If Liverpool are to win this match at Selhurst Park, both of them must get on the ball and express themselves in the final third.
Darwin Nunez will lead the Merseyside club’s attack in the final third. The Uruguayan attacker would be eager to get his name on the scoresheet after scoring against Real Madrid in his previous outing.
If Klopp chooses to use Roberto Firmino and Diogo Jota, they will have to settle for a place on the bench and may come on to influence the game in the final quarter.
