(4-3-3): Leicester City  line-up v Bristol City as Four new changes possible as decisions reversed

How Leicester City could line up at the King Power Stadium on Saturday afternoon as they welcome Nigel Pearson’s Bristol City looking to get a victory that could take them top

Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, Wilfred Ndidi, and Ricardo Pereira are all likely to come back into the Leicester City line-up on Saturday after being rested in midweek.

The trio were among the regulars left out of the 11 by Enzo Maresca at Norwich as he looks to cope with a hectic schedule. The trip to Carrow Road was the first of three midweek matches for City.

Dewsbury-Hall and Ndidi are expected to take back their spots from Cesare Casadei and Yunus Akgun, while Ricardo will be back in for Hamza Choudhury, who made his first league start of the season as captain in Norfolk. And there could be further changes.

Jannik Vestergaard is also due to continue in the team, again keeping out Conor Coady, while Callum Doyle and Harry Winks are set to continue their run of starting every league match so far. On the wing, Kasey McAteer and Stephy Mavididi have started the last two games together, and could keep their spots again.

Abdul Fatawu could be called up for his first City start if Maresca does want to freshen things up though. It would be more likely he replaces Mavididi, with McAteer then switching to the left, with the academy graduate’s energy highly rated by the manager.

Predicted City line-up (4-3-3): Hermansen; Ricardo, Faes, Vestergaard, Doyle; Winks, Ndidi, Dewsbury-Hall; McAteer, Vardy, Mavididi. Subs from: Stolarczyk, Justin, Coady, Nelson, Souttar, Choudhury, Casadei, Yunus, Albrighton, Fatawu, Marcal, Iheanacho, Daka.
