Manchester City striker Erling Haaland has been nominated for the Premier League’s Player of the Month award yet again, following a string of outstanding goalscoring performances.
During the months of November and December, the Norwegian forward scored four goals in four Premier League outings for City, including a brace away against Leeds United during the holiday season.
Haaland remains the Premier League’s top scorer so far this season with 21 goals to his name – six more than second-placed Harry Kane – and his four strikes in the past two months also made him the top scorer during that period.
