The Chicago Bears have three wins on the season and while they presumably will finish with a better record this season than they did last season, assuming they are able to win one more game during the final month of the season, their record may not be as impressive when you take a look at the teams they have beaten.
The first team the Bears defeated this season was the Washington Commanders in Week 15. Last Friday, the Commanders fired defensive coordinator Jack Del Rio after their blowout loss to the Dallas Cowboys on Thanksgiving. It’s expected that Ron Rivera will be fired at the end of the season if he is not fired before then.
The second team the Bears defeated this season was the Las Vegas Raiders in Week 7. The following week, the Raiders fired their head coach, Josh McDaniels.
The most recent team the Bears defeated was the Carolina Panthers two weeks ago. The Panthers announced today that they have fired their head coach, Frank Reich.
