The Red Dragons are set for their first League One campaign in almost 20 years and fans have been eager to find out what fixtures lie ahead, which have finally been revealed this morning.

Phil Parkinson will be hoping his side can build momentum off their back-to-back promotion seasons and be competitive in England’s third tier.

This will be the toughest test yet for Wrexham, with the likes of Birmingham City, Barnsley, and Bolton Wanderers offering some of the toughest encounters this season.

What are Wrexham’s season expectations?

This will be Wrexham’s toughest test with clubs with stronger quality visiting the Racecourse more frequently.

 

Whether Parkinson’s squad is ready for the step up in quality is to be determined. Ultimately, Hollywood owners Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney will improve the playing squad to equip Parkinson with the tools to make the transition to League One football a smooth one.
