Everton tipped to cash in £40-£60m on Jarrad Branthwaite as transfer valuation prediction made

Gabby Agbonlahor has suggested that Everton will look to cash in on Jarrad Branthwaite in the summer transfer window.

The Toffees centre-back has been linked with many clubs and a move away from Goodison Park ahead of next season, coinciding with the 777 Partners takeover uncertainty.

Manchester Evening News recently reported (29 April) that Manchester United are heavily interested in signing the 21-year-old.

Now, while speaking on TalkSPORT (2 May, 07:10am), Agbonlahor has shared his view on a move and the potential fee.

He said: “You’d imagine Branthwaite will go because he’s one they’d get a decent fee for, around £40-£60million. So I can imagine him going.”

Would Everton sell Jarrad Branthwaite?

Branthwaite spent last season on loan with PSV and really made a name for himself under Ruud Van Nistelrooy’s management.

He has since returned to Goodison to make his first appearances since 2022 and has taken to it like a duck to water.

The Englishman has become an integral part of the set-up under Sean Dyche which has now seen them secure Premier League safety.

Alongside James Tarwoski and with Jordan Pickford behind them, the Toffees have a great defensive base to build on.

This week has seen both goalkeeper Pickford [TalkSPORT] and Branthwaite be linked with moves away, but realistically they can’t afford to lose both.
