Fan celebrates as Two Nottingham Forest stars fully back in training after getting injured on Sunday

Two Nottingham Forest players who appeared to be injured on Sunday have now been spotted back in training.

The Reds were beaten 2-0 by Manchester City at the City Ground as the Reds showed no sign of pulling clear of the relegation zone.

Forest now have three games to save themselves this season, starting with a trip to Sheffield United on Saturday.

The Blades haven’t won a game this year and the visit to Bramall Lane really is one that Forest have to attack from the off.

Now, it’s come to light that Forest might have a couple of players back with two potentially injured players from the weekend back in training.

Two Nottingham Forest players spotted back in training

Well, this could be very good news from a Forest perspective as two players are now back in training – it would appear.

Yesterday, the Sky Sports cameras were at the Forest training ground, with many predicting that Forest would find out about their appeal.

That wasn’t the case, however, and Forest will have to wait a little longer to find out how many points – if any – they will be getting back.

The two players in question are Murillo and Willy Boly, with both spotted with the rest of the team on the Sky Sports footage.

Both players would have been a serious loss had they not made the weekend, but this is definitely positive.

Now, Nuno Espirito Santo will have a dilemma. Does he stick with the formation he utilised against City, or twist and revert to a back four once again?

Boly and Murillo have to play for the rest of this season

We’ve already claimed that Boly should get a new contract at Forest, despite his advancing years and we stick by that.

On Sunday he won eight tackles and made two blocks – the most of any players on the pitch during the defeat to City.

He simply has to play if he’s available at the weekend.

And then there is Murillo. The youngster just grows every single week and his array of passing is just wonderful to watch.

Forest can ill afford any further injury problems between now and the end of the season and it’s definitely good news that both players appear to be back in training.
