How Many Picks Do the Bengals Have In 2024?

The Bengals own all seven of their picks in the 2024 NFL Draft and do not own any from other teams. The Bengals are not commonly involved in trades, so this was expected.

Who Did The Bengals Draft In 2023?

With the 28th pick in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Bengals drafted Clemson pass rusher Myles Murphy. Murphy hasn’t become a starter yet behind Trey Hendrickson and Sam Hubbard, but he has two sacks so far this season and will be a factor in the team’s pass rush moving forward.

In the second round, Cincinnati drafted Michigan cornerback DJ Turner II. Turner did not start the season, but he quickly earned a starting role with the team and has become a strong contributor. He has yet to record his first NFL interception, but he is second on the team with four pass breakups.

With their third-round selection, the Bengals drafted Alabama safety Jordan Battle. Battle did not see much playing time early with the team but has had his role increased and is now the team’s starting strong safety.

The Bengals’ first offensive selection occurred with their fourth-round pick when the team drafted Purdue wide receiver Charlie Jones. Jones missed time this season with a thumb injury and has been playing behind the talented trio of Ja’Marr Chase, Tee Higgins, and Tyler Boyd, so he unsurprisingly hasn’t made a significant offensive impact. However, he has served as the team’s punt returner.

Cincinnati followed up with another offensive selection in the fifth round with Illinois running back Chase Brown. Brown hasn’t had a significant impact on offense, with much of the running duties going to Joe Mixon. Brown has played frequently on special teams when active.

The Bengals made their third straight offensive selection in the sixth round, nabbing Princeton wide receiver Andrei Iosivas. Iosivas hasn’t received many snaps, but two of his five catches have gone for touchdowns.

With their second sixth-round pick, the Bengals selected Michigan punter Brad Robbins. Robbins is ninth in punt yards this season.

With their final selection in the 2023 NFL Draft, the Bengals drafted Miami cornerback D.J. Ivey. Ivey has seldom played on defense and has spent most of his time on special teams.
